
Jasper Westaway
Jasper is founder and CEO of oneDrum, the first platform to take the compromise out of collaboration by converting existing desktop applications into rich collaborative environments.
Previously, Jasper was VP of Professional Services at Enigmatec and a member of the founding team. At Enigmatec he was responsible for developing workflow automation tools and managing virtual computing environments for large organisations including Deutsche Bank, Carphone Warehouse and Unisys. Before entering the start-up world, Jasper was a software engineer at Swiss Bank (later UBS) and Instinet (formerly owned by Reuters).
Jasper has a BA in Philosophy from Kings College London, and an MSc in Cognitive Science from Manchester University. He is passionate about realising the Internet’s potential for true collaboration and enabling smarter working.

John Boyle
John is CTO at oneDrum. He brings a wealth of engineering experience from his time as global programme manager at JP Morgan, and before that at Reuters and Salomon Brothers.
He was also a founder at Worldflow, a startup that provided programme management and infrastructure analysis to some of the world’s leading investment banks.
He has a particular interest in emergent organisations and collaboration best practice
